OWL is thrilled to be a part of MALT (Montana) annual Spring Conference.
Darcy Rogers will be presenting a Keynote workshop on Friday, April 19. See below for more details, and for the link to the Conference registration.
This full day workshop will focus on equity, relationships, engagement, empowerment, and proficiency. This workshop explores how understanding National Standards and proficiency-based instruction strategies can create an interactive, student-centered classroom. Teachers leave with new techniques and ideas for high student engagement. Participants will experience what an active and immersive language environment feels like and then explore the theory behind Organic World Language.

- Creation of proficiency based lesson plans
- Discussion of effective structures that focus on student growth
- Practice planning and feedback
