Proficiency, Engagement and Student Growth Training

Pricing: $3,000 flat rate

Date: October 18, 2021

Time: Part 1 and Part 2 of a one day training, for a total of 4 hours. 10:00am-12:00pm EST / 1:00pm-2:00pm EST

Participants: Maximum of 65 teachers

Platform: Zoom.

The link and all resources will be sent in a Welcome email prior to the training.

OWL will request emails from all participating teachers.

Part 1 – Teachers will experience the techniques to effectively build community, stay in the target language and provide structure that will allow students to guide the learning. Teachers will experience a hands-on demo.

Part 2 – Foundational understandings of proficiency will be introduced. Teachers will examine how to understand and use common assessments effectively for student growth. Participants will be part of a group platform that allows participants to engage in collaboration during the session.
