1- 1 Customized Coaching

This support provides one-on-one customized training for any teacher, new to or experienced with OWL. If you are new to OWL, it will provide the foundational knowledge and understandings to begin implementing in your classroom. If you have previous experience with OWL, it will provide that next level individual support you need to create the classroom that you want. The implementation is designed with the teacher, and can include combinations of:

Teachers new to OWL

• Virtual one-on-one training focusing on: OWL fundamentals, values and strategies for implementation
• First week planning
• Implementation feedback
• Video review of classroom recordings or activities
• Creating a structure work (continued lesson planning)
• Assessment and rubric work
• Grading

Teachers with previous OWL experience 

• Virtual one-on-one training on how to continue implementation and go further
• Feedback.
• Video review of classroom recordings
• Creating a structure work (lesson planning)
• Systems work around assessment and rubric
• Systems work around grading
• Further training on continued OWL concepts (PPATH, Curriculum Triangle, 10-15-5, FLOW, Multiliteracies, etc.)
